Outlook

 

Outlook is a personal information manager from Microsoft that includes an email client, a calendar, a task manager, and a contact manager. It is part of the Microsoft 365 suite of productivity tools, but it can also be purchased as a standalone application. Outlook is available for both Windows and Mac operating systems.

The email client in Outlook allows you to send and receive emails, as well as manage your email messages and folders. The calendar feature allows you to schedule appointments, create events, and set reminders. The task manager lets you create and track tasks, and the contact manager lets you store and organize your contacts.


Outlook also includes a number of other features, such as support for multiple email accounts, integration with other Microsoft apps and services, and the ability to customize the interface with themes and add-ins.
